Laurie Baird Gaffney

Laurie was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and raised in Southeast Idaho.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Idaho State University in 1994.  Laurie worked in various law enforcement positions before attending law school.  She graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1999 and was admitted to the Idaho state and federal courts that same year.

Laurie has tried numerous cases (both bench and jury) during her career and has had the privilege of representing many clients, insurance companies and local businesses including the State of Idaho.  Laurie opened Gaffney Law Office in Idaho Falls in 2005. laurie@gaffneylaw.net

Tracy W. Gorman

Tracy was born and raised in Seattle Washington.  She graduated from Seattle University cum laude with degrees in Humanities and Nursing.  She joined the US Army Nurse Corps in 1986.  Tracy went on to receive her law degree from Georgetown University in 1996 and while in law school interned for a large medical malpractice defense firm in Maryland.

Tracy was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1997.  Tracy and her family moved to Idaho Falls in 2002 and she was admitted to the Idaho Bar in 2007.   Tracy joined the Gaffney Law Office in the summer of 2008. tracy@gaffneylaw.net

Marilee Packer

Marilee Packer is a native of Blackfoot, Idaho.  She has worked in the legal field for ten years.  Marilee manages the collections for our institutional clients and is the Business Manager for Gaffney Law Office. marilee@gaffneylaw.net

Shayley Howell

Shayley Howell is a native of Southeast Idaho.  She is a graduate of the Eastern Idaho Technical College from the Paralegal  Program.  She joined Gaffney law office as a paralegal in 2006.  Shayley is primarily responsible for managing the family and divorce law caseload at Gaffney Law Office. shayley@gaffneylaw.net

Daniela Jezova

Daniela Jezova is a native of the Slovak Republic.  Daniela received a Masters Degree in Law from Bratislava Comenius University in 2005.  Daniela completed an internship with the State of Idaho Department of Corrections and then joined Gaffney Law Office as a Paralegal in 2007.  Daniela is primarily responsible for the managing the personal injury and criminal law caseload. daniela@gaffneylaw.net
